Before beginning her legal career, Hadia Hussain earned a BS in Biochemistry and an MBA from Louisiana State University.  She next  worked her way onto the prestigious South Texas Law Review and  graduated cum laude from the South Texas College of Law in 2019.  She's an excellent appellate lawyer and a winner.

Hadia's honors in school included The National Order of Scribes, Presidential Fellows, Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, Academic Merit Scholarship, Joe Green Scholarship, Dean’s Honor and Highest Grade Awards.  She has interned with Federal Judge Nancy Atlas and clerked for both the Texas Attorney General's Office and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Texas.
